Kevin Reilly

CEO

Kevin Reilly is one of the most influential media executives in modern television, known for reshaping network and streaming content over a four-decade career.

He served as Chief Content Officer of HBO Max and President of TNT, TBS, and truTV, guiding WarnerMedia’s transition into the streaming era. Earlier, he led programming at FX, NBC, and served as Chairman of Entertainment at Fox, championing landmark series such as The Sopranos, The Office, Glee, Empire, The Shield, and Friday Night Lights.

At Kartel, Kevin brings his extensive experience in content strategy, network building, and creative leadership to guide the company’s vision as it scales at the intersection of media, technology, and AI-driven production.

Luke Peterson

President & Co-Founder

Luke Peterson is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned technology leader who has spent nearly two decades building the infrastructure that underpins today’s AI-powered creative production.
 

He was the Founder & CEO of Buzzcast, Inc., Co-Founder of Digital.Things, and an early Founding Member of the Open AR Cloud. Luke has served as President of Geenee, Inc. (exited after Series A), Partner at Lili Studios (acquired by a global agency), and earlier as Managing Director at Wells Fargo and First Republic.
 

At Kartel, Luke draws on his experience building spatial computing platforms, computer-vision pipelines, and media-distribution systems to lead the company’s mission of bridging cutting-edge AI workflows with enterprise-scale creative production.

Ben Kusin

Co-Founder & CRO

Ben Kusin is a seasoned gaming, media, and emerging-tech executive recognized for building innovative businesses at the intersection of entertainment and technology. He founded Visionairy in 2022, the first consultancy dedicated exclusively to AI-powered creative production, and currently serves as CSO of Kaiber and advisor to its CEO.
 

Earlier in his career, Ben co-founded VENN, a next-generation streaming network, and held senior leadership roles at Vivendi Universal Games and Electronic Arts, bringing blockbuster IPs to global audiences.
 

At Kartel, Ben drives revenue strategy, growth partnerships, and enterprise client adoption, bridging the creative AI ecosystem with brands, studios, and platforms.

Fill Isgro

Head of Generative Engineering

Fill  Isgro is a pioneer of AI-driven creative pipelines, bringing 7 years of experience building early generative-workflow tools. He is best known as the co-host of Comfy Org’s bi-weekly live-stream with Pers, helping thousands of creators master multi-modal Comfy workflows.
 

Fill spent two years in Tokyo developing AI-empowered production workflows for the anime industry, merging cutting-edge machine learning with a centuries-old animation tradition.
 

At Kartel, Fill leads the Generative Engineering team, designing project-specific production workflows, building the team-unifying infrastructure (backend + UI), and overseeing LoRA training and data operations to power Kartel’s next-generation AI-driven production.

Wayan Palmieri

Head of Production 

Wayan Palmieri is a seasoned editor, post-production supervisor, and AI-driven filmmaker whose career bridges traditional cinematic storytelling with next-gen generative tools.
 

Over a decade with Marvel Studios, he contributed to the post-production of 25 blockbuster features and 50+ global trailers, helping shape some of the most recognized franchises in modern cinema.
 

At Kartel, Wayan guides the Generative Production team’s creative supervision, combining his deep expertise in VFX, editing, and storytelling with cutting-edge AI workflows to deliver visually compelling campaigns for entertainment, fashion, and immersive experiences.

Jason Goldwatch

Creative Director

Jason Goldwatch is a pioneering director and editor whose work has shaped the visual language of modern hip-hop and street-driven culture.
 

Co-founder and former Executive Creative Director of Decon / Mass Appeal, Jason has directed iconic videos for Kid Cudi, Jay-Z, Nas, The Alchemist, Busta Rhymes, Evidence, Travis Barker, and Linkin Park, and brought his storytelling approach to campaigns for brands such as Google, Mercedes-Benz, Patron, Sprite, and Toyota.
 

Known for his raw, psychedelic visual signature and early crossovers between music, advertising, and long-form documentary (One Big Trip, Mr. Rager, Death Valley), he brings to Kartel a deep instinct for assembly, edit, and post-production craft that bridges traditional filmmaking with next-gen generative workflows.
